Vision :

This institute keeps a special due to well placed arranged workshop with all machinery and equipment, qualified and experienced Instructors, Staff and according to the standard of NCVT, Hence the primary object of the designed training is to make people fit for job as skilled workers in the surrounding industries. The object is also to develop capability for entrepreneur among the local people by making them capable of small scale industries, cottage industries and fit for self employment.

Mission :

In this age of Science and Technology, the conventional education does not prepare the youths to face bigger challenges in their life whereas in the current era of knowledge based economy, Technical Education & Industrial Training plays an important role by catering the need of Industry/Govt. Departments/Public Sector Undertaking/Defense/Railways and all other employers by providing skilled diploma, engineers and supervisors.
